This exclusive package is designed for high school or college-aged students to gain insight into their personality, communication style, and career direction through the Birkman Signature Assessment, individual coaching, and a group debrief experience.
What's Included for Each Participant
- Birkman Signature Assessment: A comprehensive 40+ page personalized report exploring personality strengths, stress behaviors, interests, and ideal work environments.
- Three deep dive reports on communication, competition, and motivation.
- Private 60-Minute Coaching Session: One-on-one interpretation and coaching with Certified Birkman Consultant, Alina, helping each participant understand and apply their results to school, life, and future planning.
What's Included for the Group
- Customized 60-Minute Group Debrief: An engaging, facilitated virtual session with Alina covering shared patterns, differences, and communication strategies among the group.
- Custom Group PowerPoint includes synthesized themes across all participant reports, covering motivators, needs, strengths, and possible tension points.
- Insights for Parents: A short post-debrief segment designed to answer questions and help families support participants after the experience.
How It Works
- Choose your group size (above) and add to cart. Price includes assessment access, one-on-one sessions, group session, and custom materials.
- Complete checkout with secure payment.
- Within three business days, each participant will receive their assessment link via email.
- Based on your group's availability, Alina will complete individual coaching sessions and the group debrief within 30 days.
Payment & Policies
Payment is required upfront due to non-refundable licensing costs with Birkman. This also allows us to reserve session times and prepare your group's personalized materials.
