How It Works
The Comparative Birkman compares two individuals side-by-side. Each person receives a report displaying their own results and those of their growth partner, highlighting key similarities, differences, and relational dynamics. You’ll also get practical recommendations for:

- Improving communication and collaboration

The questionnaire includes 298 items and takes 30–45 minutes to complete.
You will each receive a 32-page individual report, a Comparative Report, and a private one-on-one coaching session to understand your own results first.
After both individual sessions are finished, we will meet as a group for a three-way review to compare results, improve communication, and align as growth partners for greater impact.
